1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 1777xs ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website at 1777xs.com and all associated services, products, games, betting markets and promotional offers (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 1777xs, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity) and are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
• You are not a current employee, agent, contractor or immediate family member of a 1777xs employee or of any software supplier to 1777xs.
• You have not previously been excluded from 1777xs or had a previous 1777xs account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, household, IP address, device, payment method, or otherwise is strictly prohibited and will result in the voiding of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details.
• Promptly update your account information whenever any registered detail changes.
• Keep your password and account credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 1777xs support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

1777xs reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account where it reasonably suspects that the information provided during registration is false, inaccurate or misleading, or where identity verification cannot be completed to the Company's satisfaction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 1777xs Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and USDT TRC20, subject to availability and applicable limits at the time of the transaction.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 (or such other minimum as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction).
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are ordinarily processed within the same business day, subject to identity verification requirements and standard review procedures.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. The use of third-party payment accounts is prohibited.
• No Money Laundering: Deposited funds must not derive from any criminal, fraudulent or unlawful activity. 1777xs cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities and may freeze accounts pending investigation where money laundering or fraud is suspected.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6 below and in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied in full.

1777xs reserves the right to decline any withdrawal request, request additional verification documentation, and delay processing where required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations or internal risk management procedures.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 1777xs are subject to the specific game or sport rules published within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section at the time of the wager. The following general rules apply across the Platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be amended, cancelled or reversed by the Player, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• 1777xs reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets where a manifest error in odds, pricing or game configuration has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or sporting event, unsettled bets may be voided and stakes returned at the Company's discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the cashier and relevant game interfaces.
• The use of any automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or exploit strategies is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

1777xs may offer deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer, including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and expiry timeframes.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational, non-professional players. 1777xs reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend promotion terms, or decline to award a bonus to any player at its sole discretion.
• Where a maximum bet limit applies to active bonus funds, any bet placed in excess of that limit may result in the forfeiture of the entire bonus balance and associated winnings.
• Players may only claim any individual welcome or first-deposit offer once. Duplicate accounts created to claim the same offer constitute fraud.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Platform.

7. Responsible Gaming

1777xs is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour. We provide all registered players with access to the following self-management tools through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Maximum permissible loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Session Reminders: Configurable notifications after defined periods of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of up to six weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent exclusion from the Platform, which once activated cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing account restrictions.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or event.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches or pricing errors for material gain without immediately reporting them to support.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or engaging in any form of money laundering through the Platform.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at 1777xs staff or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1777xs Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of 1777xs or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of 1777xs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1777xs and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

1777xs does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of 1777xs to any Player for all claims arising from or relating to the use of the Platform exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy

1777xs collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 1777xs will not sell your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

1777xs reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-account notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of commercial law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 1777xs Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. 1777xs will endeavour to respond to all formal written complaints submitted to [email protected] within ten (10) business days.

Players are reminded that the legal status of online gambling varies by jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 1777xs complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your location. 1777xs does not represent, warrant or guarantee that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
